Restoring Hope, Reclaiming Dignity

Invisible Scars Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to raising awareness about domestic violence and abuse, providing holistic support to survivors, facilitating rehabilitation, and engaging in policy advocacy to drive lasting change

Through a confidential, non-judgemental, compassionate, and inclusive approach, we ensure that survivors receive the assistance they need, tailored to their specific circumstances after conducting a thorough need assessment
We provide survivors with resources, including educational materials, customised toolkits to help identify abuse, and connections to legal aid, mental health services, and shelters
ISF also provides financial support in certian cases, including food and rations, skill development programs, capacity-building initiatives, and other miscellaneous requirements

Urban Company has partnered with Invisible Scars Foundation, as the implementation partner for their forward thinking “Workplace Domestic Violence and Abuse Policy”

Raahat Crisis Centre

Fernandez Hospital has partnered with Invisible Scars Foundation to fight Domestic Violence and Abuse, through the crisis centre which is a safe space for survivors based in their Bogulkunta branch

Ekta Viiveck Verma

Ekta, a seasoned professional with over 25+ years of work experience transitioned to the development sector in 2013
As the founder of Invisible Scars Foundation (ISF), she focuses on raising awareness and providing support for domestic violence and abuse survivors, rehabilitation, advocacy, addressing sexual harassment at the workplace, and combating rape culture through education and sensitization
A dynamic GBV Specialist and Women’s Leadership and Empowerment Trainer and a Chevening Gurukul Fellow, Ekta collaborates with organizations to develop policies on Workplace Domestic Violence and Abuse (DVA) and the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH)

Certified as a PoSH Professional and IC External Member, she is a passionate advocate for human rights and storytelling, leveraging these tools to drive social entrepreneurship
Ekta’s vision is to build a global support ecosystem for Indian DVA survivors across geographies, all ages and genders such that survivors don’t hesitate is getting the help they need

Viiveck is a Business Strategist 30+ years of cross-sector experience. After a successful C-level career, he transitioned to strategy consulting and startup mentoring, investing in and mentoring over 220 enterprises. Viiveck founded Upsurge Global and Global Carbon Warriors

He has shaped brands such as SAHE, Invisible Scars Foundation, and TEDxHyderabad. Viiveck is passionate about bridging for-profit and nonprofit sectors to drive meaningful growth and impact. His work focuses on streamlining operations, strengthening governance, and fine-tuning organizational processes to drive excellence across all business facets

He drives growth for enterprises by refining strategy, commercializing innovation, enhancing brands, and optimizing talent. Viiveck is also an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), essayist and author
